TakeUrTime will purge any data you delete from an active account within 30 days. Except any feedback you provide to us, we will purge your data from our servers within 30 days of cancelling your account.
Cancellation stops access immediately and starts permanent deletion. The 30 days are a maximum processing period, not an undo window. Keep the receipt shown after cancellation.
Personal login: sign-in, contact, device, preference and personal support data are removed. The active company still owns its work records; a non-sign-in employee placeholder can remain. Company workspace: all company users lose access and company server data is purged, except feedback. Resolve subscription/billing and open shifts first.
